Shipping Policy
At our company, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all our products to our valued customers. To achieve this, we partner with reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx and other major carriers who will deliver your order according to product specifications.
Shipping and handling charges will be included in your final invoice depending on your location, product type, and package size/weight.
For all our frozen biological samples, we use Priority Overnight Shipping on dry ice to ensure the products reach you in perfect condition.

Return of Samples
To reject any sample, we request that you please notify Rise Bioscience in writing of your intent to reject valid samples within seven (7) business days of receipt. It is important to state the reason for rejection along with the necessary notice to Genesis Rb.
We would like to remind you that if we do not receive your notification within the specified period, the samples will be deemed accepted.
For samples properly rejected under this policy, you have the right to return the samples in reasonably good condition and for replacement by Rise Bioscience at your expense within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any sample that has been significantly altered in a way that affects the size, format, weight or quality of the sample. Additionally, Rise Bioscience reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the identified problem is caused by the customer.
Special Orders and Potential Customized Collections
Please note that all orders are considered final and non-refundable. Therefore, it is important that you carefully review all the details of your custom order before confirming it with Rise Bioscience. Our expert team is on hand to provide guidance and support throughout the custom order process to ensure all specifications and requirements are met to your satisfaction.
Exchange and Return Policy
If a customer rejects any samples due to defects that are not the result of customer misuse, Rise Bioscience will replace the defective samples within a reasonable period not to exceed ninety (90) days. Upon Rise Bioscience’s request, customer will send defective samples to Rise Bioscience, and Rise Bioscience will have the opportunity to inspect, test or analyze the allegedly defective samples within a reasonable period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the returned samples. will have. Any inspection, testing and analysis by Rise Bioscience shall not exclude or delay Rise Bioscience’s obligation to replace defective samples with samples conforming to the Order Specifications. If Rise Bioscience is unable to replace defective samples, the customer will have the right to cancel the project and receive a full refund of the payment made by the customer for the rejected samples or return them to the customer within 30 days. If shipment of samples rejected by Rise Bioscience is not requested within 30 days after receipt of the Notice of Rejection, customer will dispose of such samples in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the disposal of samples.

If there is a problem with the preparation or fixation of the samples provided, we will do our best to work with the researcher to mutually resolve the problem. Customers may return defective products to us for credit or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. An automatic restocking fee of 15% of the total value of the order will apply to all such returns. All shipping, packaging, handling and related fees are non-refundable.
